Wilkins Green was set up to provide owners and occupiers with a high quality professional service with direct access to one of the principals to handle their business.
John Wilkins has practiced as a private consultant in Kent and London since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyors in 1990. He acts for private individuals, small and medium size businesses, large corporates, local authorities and institutions dealing with commercial agency and professional work. He has particular expertise in the industrial and office sectors. In the past he was a partner in Cluttons and a director in Hindwoods Hunter Payne.
Marie Wilkins née Green qualified in 1992 and brings a wealth of exerience to the firm having worked in private practice and “client side” where she was Somerfield Stores’ South East Regional Property Manager and worked on the disposal of a portfolio of over a million sq ft of business space for HSBC.
She is currently retained on a part time basis by Kent County Council, to manage the Regeneration and Environment Property Portfolio.
